Return &Exchange Policy

At Sindhura’s Style Studio, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to maintain the highest quality standards.

  • We do not accept returns/Cancellation once the order is delivered.

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of damaged or incorrect products received.

  • We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

  • Exchange is applicable only in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect product received, subject to the following strict condition:
  • A 360-degree continuous opening video of the complete saree package is mandatory.
  • The video must be recorded without any pause, cut, or editing, starting from the sealed package.
  • Claims without this video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Requests for exchange must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, an exchange will be processed at our discretion.
  • By placing an order, you agree to the above policy.
  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval.

Please note that minor color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings and are not considered defects.
